Reconstruction of the mitten gauntlets found on the destroyed tower of the Cesis castle. There are no plates on the thumb on the image but we added them during the production. If strong hits are made on such plates you might get injured. There is no sense to wear them to the sports fights. These gauntlets are made for reenactment. Long and narrow cuff implies the use of the long weapon. there is not enough of the range for the one-handed weapon.
